In patients undergoing drug-induced sleep endoscopy (DISE), nasal airway obstruction is a common but often unaddressed contributor to sleep-disordered breathing. By incorporating VivAer® at the time of DISE, physicians can address nasal airflow during the same encounter, introducing a therapeutic opportunity without altering downstream treatment pathways.
